Brand collaborations

We explore partnerships across food and beverage, fashion, beauty, retail and entertainment. Publicly described past JELLY BEAR collaborations include Gong cha Korea, CGV, LOTTERIA, ARENA Korea and Photoism.

International partnerships

We discuss opportunities with overseas agents, licensees, distributors and brands based on territory, categories and distribution plans. Exclusivity and sublicensing permissions must be checked for each IP and contract.

IP business development

The IP Insight & Development Program supports creators and IP holders in examining business direction, branding, merchandising and international expansion preparation. The scope is defined by agreement after consultation.

How to propose a partnership

1. Send your selected IP, collaboration type, territory, product category, channels, proposed timing and questions.

2. We check rights and proposal fit, exchange relevant materials and discuss a direction.

3. Contract terms and artwork approval procedures are agreed before development and launch.
